About Cindy

Cindy Morgan is a co-founding partner of Medina | Morgan, where she fights relentlessly for survivors of sexual abuse and victims of catastrophic injury, wrongful death, and civil rights violations. Known for her empathy, precision, and fierce advocacy, Cindy is deeply committed to holding powerful institutions and offenders accountable through the civil justice system. As a former prosecutor and seasoned trial attorney, she brings both compassion and unwavering resolve to every case she tries.

Cindy has been representing survivors for nearly her entire career. After completing a clerkship in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas, Cindy served as an Assistant District Attorney, where she prosecuted numerous jury trials to verdict, including cases involving child abuse, child pornography, sexual assault, domestic violence, and homicide. That experience fuels her unwavering dedication to fighting for survivors and ensuring their voices are heard now.
