About Tom

Tom Siller is an Associate Attorney at Medina | Morgan, where he represents survivors of sexual abuse, victims of catastrophic injury, medical malpractice, and civil-rights violations. Known for his trial advocacy skills and client-centered approach, he thrives on advocating for individuals navigating some of the most difficult moments of their lives.

Before joining Medina | Morgan, Tom began his career as a Public Defender, where he litigated numerous high-stakes trials to verdict, including cases involving assault, domestic violence, and non-fatal shootings. This foundation instilled a relentless commitment to justice and an ability to thrive in high-pressure litigation.

After his tenure as a Public Defender, Tom represented indigent tenants facing eviction. This is where he developed a strong appreciation for the broader impact legal advocacy can have on individuals and their families. In this role, Tom regularly negotiated favorable outcomes, prevented displacement, and ensured that vulnerable clients had a meaningful voice in the legal process.

Most recently, Tom worked as defense counsel for a major automobile insurance carrier, representing insured motorists in bodily injury lawsuits. This experience provided him with valuable insight into how insurance companies evaluate claims, assess risk, and approach litigation strategy. Understanding the defense perspective allows Tom to anticipate opposing arguments and position cases for maximum recovery on behalf of injured, abused, or neglected clients.

Today, Tom leverages his diverse background to advocate for plaintiffs in complex civil litigation. His combined experience in criminal defense, housing advocacy, and insurance defense uniquely equips him to navigate challenging cases, connect with clients from all walks of life, and pursue justice with skill, empathy, and determination.

Tom earned his J.D. from Drexel University, and his B.A. in Sociology from The College of New Jersey where he was a student-athlete on the varsity wrestling team. He is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
